The link between Victor Manuel Falcón Paz and Panamanian Legislator Adolfo "Beby" Valderrama, who, presumably, are behind some valuable land on the shores of Pocrí, Los Santos, at the expense of a group of lowly residents, became known in the form of various companies.
Falcon Paz has acted as a director in three Panamanian companies which have been favored with state contracts which, in addition, are companies linked to Valderrama.
One of those corporations, Registered in the public Registry, is OfiHogar S.A.
In 2009, the shareholders of OfiHogar S.A. decided to grant all powers to Victor Manuel Falcón Paz, who would be part of the Board of Directors of that company, dedicated to the sale and rental of cleaning equipment.
OfiHogar S.A. is registered on file three hundred thirty two thousand one hundred and eighty one (332,181).
The proof that Falcon Paz formed part of its board was registered in the Act of Notarization of the top management of the company, which was signed by the first notary of the zone of Panama.
There are also records of participation of Falcon Paz in Suplidora Completa, S.A.
Since May 2003, Falcon Paz began to form part of the Board of Directors of the company concerned.
According to official records, the meeting which gave administrative powers to Falcon Paz in Suplidora Completa, S.A. was registered at the 4th notary of the zone of Panama.
It is through this company that a plan has allegedly been orchestrated in collaboration with "Beby" Valderrama to take 13 hectares of land away from 24 people residing in Pocrí.
These people have reported that the area has had a tourism boom in recent years and is a few minutes from Pedasi, another sector of the Panamanian Pacific that has experienced an interesting growth in tourism.
Coremusa
And as if this were not bad enough, Falcon Paz is part of the Board of Comisiones y Representaciones Mundiales S.A. (Coremusa), a company belonging to "Beby" Valderrama´s in-laws.
Panamá América made investigations and found that Coremusa would have set up a complex structure since the last Government to compete for purchases that Legislator Valderrama executed through the defunct Fund for Social Investment (FIS), then known as Program of National Assistance (PAN) and today Directorate of Social Assistance (DAS).
