While people talk about an alleged pact between the deputies and the Supreme Court (CSJ) to not investigated each other, lawyers say that the judiciary had "collapsed".
The dismissal of a complaint for the alleged commission of crimes against public administration against several members of the National Assembly, including the President of the Credentials Committee, Jorge Ivan Arrocha, by the Supreme Court, could be a payment of favors between the legislature and the judiciary.
And this is the perception of some people, who say that just as the Supreme Court did not admit the complaint against several deputies, now the Legislative Committee on Credentials will pay the same favor.
This is the institution responsible for investigating judges of the Court if they are denounced as happened with President of Palace Gil Ponce, Jose Ayu Prado, who maintains eight complaints and had not yet spoken.
However, three judges of the Court filed a complaint against his colleague Harry Diaz and in the coming days will be analyzed by the credentials commissioners.
The judges Ayu Prado, Hernán De Leon and Luis Fabrega denounced his colleague Harry Diaz fouled alleged ethics, after an interview on the morning news Telemetro, in which he denounced alleged irregularities in the Supreme Court.
Meanwhile, the trial lawyer Carlos Carrillo Gomila said the judiciary had "collapsed" and "institutional" to the lawsuit questioning and having four judges of the Supreme Court for administrative and criminal complaints including breaks.
Carrillo, told the morning news NexTV said that at present has not been named four judges of the institution, which means that there is a 20% vacancy in the administration of justice.
The lawyer, who is also part of the defense of former president Ricardo Martinelli said that whenever there is a crisis in the judiciary cases against his client are reactivated , since the day before yesterday he was notified of a new hearing against Martinelli for dehydrated food case.
Carrillo said that the judicial system is "stuck " and falling into a schism because there are four judges involved in corruption allegations, which cast put in a doubt the administration of justice because those who administer it are questioned .
The lawyer asked how it's done to " unlock " the processes between the judges themselves if they have a dispute that became public. Carrillo said that this could become a " human bomb " when administering justice.
