The exdirectives of the Social Security Fund (CSS), Guillermo Sáez Llorens and Marlon De Souza, who now face legal proceedings against them for cases such as installing local at the junction of Pedregal and City Hospital, today named City of Health, came to their defense stating they were "confident".
