The transfer of former Public Security Minister Jose Raul Mulino from one cell to another within the National Police in Ancon has generated concern among his family and lawyers for his health.
His son and lawyer, Jose Raul Mulino Jr., announced that his father is in a "small cell" of 3x3, with no windows and doors padlocked gates.
Mulino son said that this way is difficult to know whether the former minister needs attention, therefore, they are concerned about their health.
"We do not understand why the move, considering the reports of Forensic Medicine prohibiting prolonged sitting," explained the lawyer in his Twitter account.
He also said that the police seek explanations for the decision, which was for "superior orders", according to reports from family members.
