After three days of the financial penalty imposed against KW Continente, the radio divulged a statement accusing Erasmo Pinilla, the judge president of that institution for the charge of persecution.
"We have shown that we not daunted threats and less if they come from people who in the past were muscle-flexing to a military dictatorship, and today, the are wrapped by blanket of democracy" says the document began circulating yesterday networks.
According to the Electoral Court (TE), KW Continente did not deliver on time a report of the advertising on the media that entered between January 1 and May 2, 2014 .
However, the board of the broadcaster said the bulletin may have misplaced because on that date the were performing a move.
Still, the TE fined KW Continente. Another aspect that has raised questions is that there was a dozen of medias that allegedly violated the same rule that for what was punished Continente.
Although, they were not fined.
