He said that his relationship with Henne Motta in other companies, does not prevent all that Panama Waste Management can participate by contracts of Tocumen S.A. "I see nothing in that company".

"I do have society with Henne Motta in other companies. But this comes before; when I arrived, this company was there, “said Fidanque at a station in the town.

He reiterated that all about attacks of people who canceled contracts of the last administration.

At the same time, the Manager of Tocumen S.A. launched direct attacks on Panama America and criticism.

"That's a tabloid trying to dirty the good thing that has been happening in Tocumen," he said.

Last week, it was reported that Panama Waste Management was awarded the contract for the collection, transport and disposal of the waste at the Tocumen International Airport, by offering 241 thousand 327 dollars against other four competitors.

However, there is a link between Henne Motta and Fidanque which would put under questioning this and other direct contracts awarded in this administration of Tocumen S.A. Panama Waste Management company.

Cochez y Cía S.A. both Geo f Novey Inc., Fidanque shares the post of director partner Guillermo Henne Motta.
Before the contract last week, Panama Waste Management had received four direct contracts during 2015 for the local garbage from the airport of Tocumen, two of them on the same day, 17 April, by 102 thousand 417 dollars and 136 thousand 161 dollars.

On June 11, 2015, Fidanque III returned to hire to Panama Waste Management by 102 thousand 417 dollars for the same services.

A month later, on 24 July, the partner of Fidanque III company received another contract direct for the same amount, 102 thousand 417 dollars.

In total, the four direct contracts to Panama Waste Management totaled 443 thousand 412 dollars between April to July 2015.

Fidanque III and Henne Motta are also shareholders in the firm Indesa consultant.

Yesterday, Fidanque also defended his direct contracting. He even said that many of the direct contracting at Tocumen S.A. have been awarded because there is no other provider.

Last week, Fidanque III also had to recognize their links with Cochez y Cía S.A. and Geo f Novey Inc.

The question in a television channel about a possible case of conflict of interest, only Fidanque said: "Can be".

He argued that the Department purchases of Tocumen S.A. was unaware of their participation in these companies.

Cochez y Cía S.A. and Geo f Novey Inc., received 27 direct and fractionated purchases since Fidanque took office in Tocumen S.A.

Fidanque has tried to explain the long list of direct contracts executed, based on the principle of "clear urgency" and the "lack of bidders".

He said that a portion of your purchases is executed by the framework agreement for the Panamacompra website.

"All contracts for goods, works and services performed by the international airport of Tocumen, S.A., comply with the principles of publicity and transparency outlined by the law on public procurement, as you can see in the Panama purchase electronics," he said.
