Court rules in favor of bail for the release of Mizrachi

The lawyer Silvia Guerra explained that this action nullifies the extradition request on condition fugitive against the young entrepreneur.
The lawyer Silvio Guerra confirmed that the Second Superior Court answered in favor of the bond for release of businessman Mayer Mizrachi, which was reported on 4 January.
The bond seeks to prevent Mizrachi becomes arrested in Panama and the value is $100,000.
Guerra explained that what comes now is bail Mizrachi record and send a note to the Foreign Ministry of the Republic, since this action nullifies the extradition request on condition fugitive.

Mizrachi was detained in Colombia for allegedly breached the contract with the State for services of Criptext platform, valued at $211,000 .
The businessman was hired by the state to provide the services of this technological tool for private telephony, through its company Innovative Venture S.A. which it would be implemented by the security agencies of the Public Ministry , National Police and the Ministry of the Presidency.
