Moore becomes irreverent on appeal brief

In strong terms that border on disrespect, fiscal third-corruption, Zuleyka Moore, appealed yesterday's decision, Enrique Paniza, criminal fifth judge to cancel part of investigations into the Finmeccanica case and replace the preventive detention Jose Raul Mulino and Alejandro Garuz.

Paniza decided to cancel part of the investigation being conducted by Moore in the case Finmeccanica, considering that the tax violated the rights of Mulino and Garuz to further investigate when he was defeated terms.
