Mulino Jr. says procurator is dictating 'lines' to prosecutors

Lawyer Jose Raul Mulino (son), the defense team of former Minister of Public Security Jose Mulino, said the Attorney General of the Nation Kenia Porcell de Alvarado is interfering in the work of the investigating officers and ordering "lines" in the prosecutors.

"It is regrettable that the prosecutor is openly intrometiéndose on issues of recent failures, where for the first time is enforcing what the law says, what the Judicial Code", said Mulino's son referring to the reactions of the procurator Porcell de Alvarado, who questioned a decision by judge fifth circuit criminal Enrique Paniza.

Mulino son said that with her "own mouth" of Porcell de Alvarado said  not to intromete in decisions by prosecutors, but his statements shows the opposite giving interviews to media. "That's not right," he said.
